Plant-A-Park is a registered 501(C)(3) Non-Profit Organization. Our goal is to help underserved communities obtain funding for the design portion of their skatepark project. We will accomplish this by raising funds to help pay for the design fees of the skatepark, while also connecting skatepark designers with advocates and municipal employees. Plant-A-Park looks at the design phase of the project as the seed. Many communities are not aware of what a state of the art skatepark looks like or how to manage the somewhat confusing process of navigating the various financial and bureaucratic hurdles. By leveraging our connections and softening the financial burdens by fundraising, Plant-A-Park hopes to help skatepark projects grow from seed to final project.
